Cookmark uses Render (a cloud hosting platform), which offers a hobbyist plan.
Since this service runs at no-cost, there are some limitations that may impact the user experience. Primarily cold starts, which could result in initial attempts to add/edit/delete recipes, or register/login attempts taking up to a minute. This is expected, and subsequent attempts should respond much more quickly!
